I am happy to announce that starting on Monday June 8th, the Frankfort City Library will be opening for appointments! I am so excited to finally get to see you all in person! We will still be offering curbside services, if you would rather not come inside the building. There are a few regulations, so please read the following carefully!
Hours for appointments will be: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1pm to 5 pm. Tuesday and Thursday 9 am to 1 pm.
Each appointment will be 30 minutes long. I ask that each appointment is for one person or family group. The easiest way to make an appointment will be to call Tiffany at 785-292-4320. If she doesn’t answer, please leave a message and she will get back to you ASAP! There will also be a signup sheet right inside the door. You may pop in to sign up during the hours appointments are happening. You may also send an email with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are asking you to please sanitize your hands as soon as you come inside at the hand sanitizing station. Even if you are just signing up for an appointment, please sanitize!
Please leave all materials in the book drop outside. Do NOT bring them inside and put them on the desk. All materials will be quarantined for 72 hours before being checked in and returned to circulation.
Please use proper social distancing measures with anyone else who might be in the library. We are allowing up to 5 people to be in the library at a time.
There will currently be no public restroom available, as there is only one Tiffany and she is not able to clean between each patron!
We will also not be allowing any computer usage, at this time. If things go well, we will hopefully be able to start appointments for computers soon!
Lastly, welcome back to the library!!
