Frankfort City Library Now Offering Curbside Service!!

Good afternoon everyone! We hope you have all been staying safe and healthy. We are excited to announce that starting on Wednesday May 6th, the Frankfort City Library will be offering curbside library service!

Here’s how it will work:
Curbside pickup hours will be from 2-5 pm Monday through Friday. Please have your requests in by 5:00 pm for pickup the following day.

We will have forms outside of the library, in a plastic bin, for you to request books, audio books or DVDs. We will be allowing each person to have a total of 5 items out at a time. If you are picking up for more than one person, please fill out a separate request for each person and place the form in the top slot of the book drop.

You can also send an email to franklib@bluevalley.net with your book requests or call Tiffany at 785-292-4320. Please include the following information if you call or email:
1. First and Last Name
2. Phone number
3. Today’s date
4. Materials being requested
5. Any other comments

You can check out our whole catalog at https://fcpl.agverso.com/home?cid=fcpl&lid=fcpl .

We will also be offering book bundles if you aren’t sure what you’d like to read. Just tell us a genre or an author, and we can pick you a few books we think you might like!

All books will be carefully sanitized and bagged for you, then we can place them in your trunk or at the curbside for a no contact transfer. Just call the library when you pull up, open your trunk and we will get your books right out to you!

Please return all books to the bottom slot of the book drop, where they will be sanitized and quarantined for 72 hours before being returned to circulation. No face- to- face returns please!

We hope to keep you all reading during this crazy time! We will be posting any new information we get, as we get it, so keep an eye out here and on our Facebook page!
